Highly sought after out of residency, Dr. Max declined many offers to return to the community in Northern California he once called home. He founded Summit Plastic Surgery in Redding, CA with the goal of providing affordable, safe, and individualized treatment solutions for those looking to improve their appearance and bolster self-confidence.
